English: Khao soi kai (chicken khao soi) at "Khao Soi Yunnan Yasmine Ban Yang" (Thai: ร้านข้าวซอยยูนานจัสมิน บ้านยาง) in a Muslim-Chinese village in between Fang and Doi Angkhang. This particular version of the dish is lighter but more flavourful in taste than most, with the chicken stewed separately from the curry broth, and with a larger amount of fresh herbs than usual. The noodles are hand-pulled lamian noodles.
