Usage
[แก้ไข]This template may be used in "References" and "Further reading" sections, and on talk pages, to cite William Henry Smyth's work The Sailor's Word-book (1st edition, 1867). It may be used to create a link to an online version of the work at Google Books.
Parameters
[แก้ไข]The template takes the following parameters:

– the entry in the work cited. If this parameter is omitted, the template uses the name of the Wiktionary entry.|2=

– mandatory in some cases: the page or range of pages quoted from. If quoting a range of pages, note the following:- Separate the first and last page number of the range with an en dash, like this:

. - You must also use

to indicate the page to be linked to (usually the page on which the entry cited appears).

– by default, the template adds a full stop (period) at the end of the citation. To suppress this punctuation, use|nodot=1
