This template displays alternative forms of a Lao word which may be dated, obsolete, or common forms. Must use only under "Alternative forms" heading.

Parameters:

d = List of dated forms separated by comma. This type usually contains non-joining ຫນ, ຫມ, ຫລ and final ຽ words. This parameter can be omitted to automatically detect the forms.
o = List of obsolete forms separated by comma. This type usually contains old Indic-like spellings rather than present syllabaries.
c = List of common forms separated by comma. This type contains other spellings that do not match above and are still in common use.
